Hair You Go – Return Policy

At Hair You Go, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality hair products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help. Our return policy for hair products in Australia is detailed below.

  1. Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
  2. Eligible Items for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:a. The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was received. b. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact. c. The item must have been purchased directly from Hair You Go or an authorized retailer. d. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
  3. Ineligible Items for Return: The following items cannot be returned:a. Items that have been opened or used. b. Gift cards or vouchers. c. Sale or clearance items. d. Products that were damaged after delivery or due to customer misuse. e. Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:a. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@hairyougo.com.au to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. b. Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) with the original packaging, including the RA number and proof of purchase. d. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  5. Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to the address provided in the original order.
  6. Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damaged item(s) to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges / Warranty

  1. Hair You Gore refund policy complies with consumer rights.
  2. Hair You Go accepts items for an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. Original receipt must be sent with item.
  4. Item must be returned in original condition, including any packaging / tags.
  5. Technology & Electrical goods must be sent in original, un-opened packaging.
  6. Customers are liable for all postage costs for exchanged items and warranty claims.
  7. Items purchased online may be exchanged in store.
  8. Refunds / Exchanges will not be given on sale items.
  9. Hair You Go is not liable for any postage charges incurred through the return of an item for an exchange.
